What to Expect from a Nutritional Consultation?

Before the first consultation, I will ask you to complete a health and nutrition questionnaire including a 3-day food diary to return to me before our appointment.

The initial consultation will last for a minimum of 90 minutes. During this time, I will ask you questions to expand on the information already provided so that we can create a therapy plan that best suit your needs. I may use certain Naturopathic tools to help me create a picture of your heath, and if necessary, recommend laboratory tests to deepen the knowledge we have of your body.

Once I have a full picture of the health issues you need support with, I will provide a Health Programme advising you on nutritional adjustments which can include sample meals as well as recipes for inspiration, lifestyle changes and supplements that I feel will benefit you. The Health Programme will be tailored to you personally and a 30 minute call will be scheduled a couple of days after the initial consultation to discuss your Health Programme.

Follow-up sessions are generally 4 to 5 weeks after the initial consultation, where we monitor your progress and adjust the Health Programme to suit your evolving needs. Follow up sessions generally last 45 minutes to 1 hour.
